Back door of the building, normal access to the offices.


The Entrance to the Orthoptic Clinic is at the rear of the building at 130 Maple Street in Springfield, Massachusetts.

The parking lot for the building is also at the rear. There is a 50¢ charge, payable when leaving the parking lot. Exact change is required for the automatic gate.

Go up a few steps, take the door on the left and just inside that door is the elevator.

By the elevator is the directory plaque, listing all the offices in the building. 

There we are, Suite #326.

Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.

When the doors of the Elevator open, ahead and slightly to the left you will see the Lions Orthoptic Clinic, Suite 326.

If you are in the Waiting Room and look into the Exam Room, this is what you will see (assuming Orthoptist Shelley Weiss is sitting there, otherwise you would see an empty chair.)

LCIF Plaque in LOC 

Lions Clubs International Foundation, the charitable arm of Lions Clubs International, provided a grant of $11,402 for the modernization of the Lions Orthoptic Clinic. This grant provided for an upgrade of the computer system to better track patients and treatment and of all the exam equipment and furniture.
