Make your Reservations NOW! PID Doug L. Sime Testimonial - On Saturday, October 13 at White's of Westport, 66 State Road, Westport, MA 6pm to 10pm. Cost is $40.00 per person, however if reservations are received prior to 9/1 the cost is only $35.00 per person. Choice of meals are prime rib or baked stuffed shrimp.  if you have special dietary needs, such as vegetarian, let them know and they will try to accommodate you.
 
Hotel reservations are at the Hampton Inn, 53 Old Bedford Road, Westport, MA  02790. (Route 195 Eastbound, exit 9   or Route 195 Westbound Exit 10)  All hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. A special rate of $110 plus tax has been arranged for the Lions, so please make sure you indicate you are with the Lions. To call for reservations: 508-675-8500  x 106.

Aluminum Can Pull Tabs - Williamsburg Lions Club -  (from soda- and beer-type cans) to be taken to Shriner's Children's Hospital in Springfield. Anyone wishing to collect them for us can contact Club Secretary Diane Daley by e-mail or phone (413) 238-5946, to have them picked up or to make arrangements for their delivery.

Family Health and Safety Day - Cummington Lions Club - 9 AM to 3 PM, Tilton Athletic Field, Goshen. Get free vision and hearing screening in the new Lions EyeMobile. Easthampton Fall Festival - The Easthampton Lions Club will have the District 33Y EyeMobile setup for free eye screenings. The newly chartered Easthampton Leo Club will have a food booth offering hot dogs, burgers, chips, etc.while the Lions sell raffle tickets (see next entry).

Easthampton Leo Club Charter Night - White Brook Middle School Library, 6:30 pm. Please join as we formally induct the new Leos and charter the Easthampton Leo Club. We are planning many new single and joint Leo and Lion events for the 2007-2008 year including a Bone Marrow Donor Drive, a dinner concert to benefit the Easthampton School Bands and Lions Convention events to fund our donations to Easthampton, Massachusetts and International service efforts.
